By accessing or purchasing from Supernova Whale, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or place an order.

2. About Our Products

Supernova Whale specializes in handcrafted resin collectibles.

Each Studio Painted Edition is individually:

Resin printed
Prepared
Hand painted
Assembled
Inspected
Packaged

Because every collectible is painted by hand, slight variations in color, shading, and finish are normal and make every piece unique.

3. Fan-Made Collectibles

Many of our products are independently created fan-made collectibles inspired by existing characters and franchises.

Unless otherwise stated:

Products are unofficial fan creations.
Supernova Whale is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the original intellectual property owners.
Character rights remain the property of their respective owners.

4. Product Images

Product photos represent the style and quality you can expect.

Because every Studio Painted Edition is individually hand painted, your finished collectible may have slight variations from the photographs.

5. Made-to-Order Production

Most painted figures are produced after an order is placed.

Estimated production times are provided on each product page and may vary depending on current workload and order volume.

6. Customer Approval

For eligible Studio Painted Editions, preview photographs of the completed figure may be provided before shipment.

Customers should review these images promptly.

Failure to respond within seven (7) days may result in the order being shipped as completed.

7. Pricing

Prices are listed in USD.

Prices may change without notice.

Existing orders are not affected.

8. Payment

Orders must be paid in full before production begins.

9. Shipping

Orders are packaged using protective materials to reduce the risk of shipping damage.

Delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and destination.

10. Returns & Cancellations

Because most Studio Painted Editions are made to order, cancellations and returns are subject to our Refund Policy.

11. Intellectual Property

The Supernova Whale name, logo, photography, website design, and original written content are the property of Supernova Whale.

Original digital sculpts remain the property of their respective sculptors.

Characters remain the property of their respective copyright owners.

12. Limitation of Liability

Supernova Whale shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or purchased products to the fullest extent permitted by law.
