Step 1:
High-Resolution Resin Printing
Every Studio Painted Edition begins as a high-resolution resin print using professional-grade printers. Separate resins are used for standard parts and transparent effects when required.
Step 2:
Surface Preparation
Each part is cleaned, cured, and carefully prepared by hand. Supports are removed, seams are refined, and surfaces are inspected before moving to the next stage.
Step 3:
Inspection & Priming
A primer coat reveals even the smallest imperfections that are difficult to see on raw resin. Every part is inspected and refined before painting begins.
Step 4:
Paint Preparation
Depending on the project, a two-tone zenithal primer is applied to establish natural highlights and shadows, creating the foundation for a professional paint finish.
Step 5:
Hand Painting
Every Studio Painted Edition is individually painted by hand using professional acrylic paints. No two finished figures are ever completely identical.
Step 6:
Secure Packaging
Each completed figure is individually packed with protective cushioning and secured for transit, helping it arrive safely at its new home.
